In foreign countries like America and Australia, both father and mother are working. There is no way to communicate with their children, so they buy cell phones for them. There is nobody to advise and tell them about how to use the cell phones in school properly, that’s why many students have been misuse their phones when they bring cell phones to school. Many good students use their cell phones in school only when necessary, but it is undeniable there are students misuse it and can’t concentrate in their study because of this. Therefore the government in many countries disallow the students to bring cell phones to school. From their parent perspective,this may cause some inconvenience since they can’t communicate with their children when necessary, but the school management has to take right action to avoid the improper usage in schools. The best solution to me is to collect the students’ cell phones when they enter into the school and return their cell phones back to them when they go home. In this way, their parents can still contact them when they leave the school’s compound, for example when they are on the way to school or on the way to go home.

They do it just for fun and not for any specific reason, its the cell phone that helps them in these things.
